Payroll Operations:
- Manage end-to-end Colombia payroll execution with external vendor.
- Handle off-cycle payments, final settlements, and statutory benefit payouts.
- Resolve employee inquiries regarding deductions and withholdings.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure mandatory filings and remittances via PILA and Nómina Electrónica.
- Monitor local labor legislation to maintain full regulatory alignment.
- Partner with accounting for month-end close and audit support.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in Colombia payroll processing with accounting knowledge.
- Expertise in Colombian labor, tax, and social security regulations.
- Experience with Workday, UKG, or similar payroll platforms and ticketing systems.
Work Environment:
- Remote position based in Mexico with approximately 5% travel.
