Manage external customer email and onboard customers to Twilio's billing and ERP systems.
Participate in month-end close activities including managing recurring billing, tracking credits, and analyzing revenue accounts.
Collaborate with Sales team to resolve customer queries and provide detailed analysis.

Qualifications:

Strong experience in Billings/Revenue/Order to Cash.
Advanced Excel skills with experience handling large datasets.
Proficient in Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills.

Work Environment:

Remote role based in Mexico City with occasional travel for team meetings.
