About the Role:

• This senior leadership role drives product strategy and commercial success for Achieve's lending product lines.
• Manage and inspire a multi-tiered organization of Product Managers across the lending ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organizational Leadership & Scaling: Build, scale, and mentor a world-class product management organization.
• Lending Product Strategy: Define long-term vision, strategy, and investment roadmap for the lending product portfolio.
• Lending Platform Modernization: Lead development of next-generation, API-first lending architecture.

Qualifications:

• Deep domain expertise in digital consumer lending lifecycle and modern loan origination technology stacks.
• Proven experience with API-first platform transformations and executive presence to influence C-suite.
• Execution excellence in scaling consumer-facing lending platforms from zero-to-one and beyond.
