Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact, driving long-term customer success and product adoption across a defined set of customers and/or partners.
  • Partner with customer care advocates to manage critical escalations and collaborate with the product team to advocate for customer priorities.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a customer-facing role with a demonstrated ability to build trust, manage multiple projects, and influence others toward shared goals.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, along with solid organizational abilities and a collaborative mindset.

Additional Information:

  • This role is remote in Brazil and may require up to 25% travel to support business needs.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred, along with knowledge of Microsoft systems and software technology.
