About the Role:

  • Well-established territory with a significant installed base of Align RT systems across Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, and Iowa.
  • Success requires balancing upgrade sales with new business and replacement LINAC opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as primary point of contact for assigned accounts and execute strategic territory plans.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and coordinate internal resources.
  • Deliver profitable sales growth and drive upgrades to increase clinical adoption.

Essential Experience:

  • Proven medical device sales success, ideally in radiation oncology or medical imaging.
  • Minimum 3-5 years sales experience with complex capital equipment.
  • Strong commercial, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
