Primary Function of Position:
- Surgeons worldwide utilize Intuitive's robotic surgical device to enhance precision and improve patient outcomes.
- The Clinical Sales Associate focuses on clinically selling to maximize da Vinci utilization in the Detroit territory.
Essential Job Duties:
- Work with the Clinical Sales Manager to develop a sales strategy to drive robot utilization.
- Manage surgical teams through training sessions, OR integration, and da Vinci Surgery applications.
- Be a resource across all primary surgical specialties, supporting regional sales and marketing events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required, with a minimum of 2 years outside sales experience (medical device preferred).
- Ability to travel up to 25%, work nights and weekends, and excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven record of success, ambition, exceptional work ethic, and excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
