Givebutter is looking for a Director of Sales to scale their PLG-assist Sales motion into an outbound-powered machine without sacrificing profitability, reporting to the CRO and directly managing a team of four AEs and a small SDR team. Responsibilities: Implement a best-in-class outbound motion by pinpointing ideal customers and orchestrating sales x marketing campaigns that convert, document the sales process, utilizing A/B testing to continuously refine discovery, qualification, objection-handling and closing tactics.
Own hiring, onboarding, weekly 1:1s, and career paths that elevate every rep to top-quartile results through clear paths and coaching, design and run a structured Enablement Program, team up with Growth & Success to convert product signals into high-context outreach, tighten hand-offs, and ensure promises sold are promises implemented.
