The Senior Revenue Operations Analyst plays a critical role within the global Revenue Operations team, driving scalable, AI-powered, data-driven excellence across the sales and go-to-market ecosystem. This position is responsible for delivering key business insights to accelerate revenue growth and optimizing processes that enhance daily sales execution while fostering long-term scalability and efficiency. A primary focus of this role is providing strategic business value to sales leadership through actionable insights and advanced performance analytics that support informed decision-making and maximize revenue outcomes. The Senior Revenue Operations Analyst ensures the integrity and accuracy of CRM data—including pipeline, accounts, and contacts—enabling reliable reporting, planning, and strategic initiatives. As an advanced Salesforce expert, you guide Sales, BDR, and Marketing teams in effective CRM utilization, account management, and training, ensuring alignment across global GTM teams and cross-functional partners. Additionally, this role spearheads AI-driven advancements by leveraging automation and intelligent analytics to streamline workflows, improve forecasting precision, and enhance operational agility.
