Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Tier III escalation point for complex network support issues, guiding Tier I and Tier II engineers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network, endpoint, and device provisioning issues, including LAN/WAN connectivity and routing.
- Administer, test, and maintain firmware and software updates on customer equipment.
Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, IT, Network Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise-level networks and remote call centers.
- Proficiency with networking systems such as Ruckus, Aruba, Meraki, Fortinet, and Watchguard.
