Responsibilities:
- Execute full-cycle recruiting identifying, sourcing and engaging candidates through creative and innovative tactics.
- Effectively screen candidates to determine a holistic fit as the primary point of contact.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with all assigned hiring managers.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of full-cycle recruiting experience with a track record of sourcing passive candidates.
- Knowledge of outside recruiting resources including social recruiting and excellent communication skills.
- Experience partnering with key stakeholders to drive effective recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
