Responsibilities:

Execute full-cycle recruiting identifying, sourcing and engaging candidates through creative and innovative tactics.
Effectively screen candidates to determine a holistic fit as the primary point of contact.
Build and maintain effective relationships with all assigned hiring managers.

Qualifications:

At least 1 year of full-cycle recruiting experience with a track record of sourcing passive candidates.
Knowledge of outside recruiting resources including social recruiting and excellent communication skills.
Experience partnering with key stakeholders to drive effective recruitment in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive salary range from $45,000 to $50,000 per year with comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage.
