Role Summary:
- Responsible for leading, driving, and implementing all legal, risk, compliance and related initiatives.
- Serve as the Legal Lead with partners such as Citibank.
- Build the foundation for compliance based marketing in the fintech space.
Grow the Business:
- Translate new business development strategy, goals, and initiative details in a succinct and clear manner.
- Develop creative solutions and well-reasoned legal-business cases that accelerate and advance the go-to-market efforts.
Run the Business:
- Oversee the monitoring and identification of regulatory developments.
- Manage strategy and responses to regulatory examinations, reviews and inquiries and internal and external investigations.
- Design and lead compliance and control reviews.
