The Job:
- Serving as the lead legal advisor and strategic partner to our Payments, Engineering, Risk, and Product teams.
- Advising on U.S. and global regulatory frameworks, including money transmission, AML/BSA, sanctions, card network rules, PSD2/e-money regimes.
- Partnering deeply with Product and Engineering to provide practical, forward-looking guidance throughout the product lifecycle.
You Have:
- 10+ years of legal experience, with significant focus on payments, fintech, and other financial services matters.
- Strong expertise in U.S. federal and state payments regulations and meaningful experience with international regimes.
- Prior experience counseling on payments and financial services products through the entire product lifecycle.
