As the Talent Attraction Analyst, you will contribute to global talent attraction strategies, manage full-cycle recruitment, actively source candidates, and collaborate with hiring managers. You will also track recruitment metrics, utilize AI tools, and strengthen the company’s employer branding.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience in full-cycle talent attraction, exceptional online candidate sourcing skills, and a data-driven mindset. Startup experience and fluent English are expected, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
