Talent Acquisition Project Manager

We are looking for a TA Project Manager to join the HR department at Sporty. Partnering with the Global TA Lead, you’ll play a key role in building the foundations of a CoE, designing processes, developing dashboards, embedding data-led decision making, and helping to shape how we deliver exceptional hiring experiences at scale. You will work with the Global TA Lead to deliver key milestones in building a scalable, insight-led Centre of Excellence. You will also map, document, and help refine end to end recruitment workflows to drive consistency, efficiency and an excellent stakeholder and candidate experience. The candidate will create and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks that give visibility into hiring performance, funnel metrics and forecasting. They should also establish ways to gather and share market insights, from talent mapping and benchmarking to competitor trends that inform strategic decisions.
