Senior Manager, Number Operations

Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor a global team of 20 individual contributors, managers, and contractors.

Foster a culture of operational excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.

Empower team members to become subject matter experts in their domains.

Strategic Planning & Execution:

Build quarterly Number Operations OKRs in collaboration with Product, Carrier Relations, and Support Ops.

Be accountable for OKR execution, meeting and exceeding operational targets.

Proactively identify areas of leverage, develop strategies, and execute plans to improve systems and workflows.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Build and maintain solid relationships with carrier partners.

Project manage ad hoc KYC/compliance requests in collaboration with Legal.

Partner with Product to advocate for in-product UX improvements and process automation.
