Support client meetings, proposal interviews, and site tours, representing preconstruction and technical expertise.
Contribute to pipeline management and CRM updates to track pursuits and client relationships.
Build relationships with consultants, trade partners, and key industry stakeholders to expand our data center network.

Preconstruction Support & RFP Coordination:

Participate in estimate reviews, value analysis, and constructability assessments during early design phases.
Support procurement and trade partner engagement; review scopes and qualifications.
Coordinate with design teams and operations to align early cost and schedule assumptions with project delivery goals.

Key Knowledge & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
3–6 years of experience in construction, preconstruction, estimating, project coordination, or business development support
Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders
