Senior Director, Analyst Relations

Strategic Vision & Execution:

• Set the global analyst relations strategy across core and emerging portfolios.
• Partner cross-functionally with Communications, PMM and R&D for execution.

Analyst Engagement & Advocacy:

• Build deep relationships with tier-one firms (Gartner, Forrester, IDC).
• Lead strategic advisory sessions, briefings, inquiries, and flagship events.

Evaluation & Content Architecture:

• Drive end-to-end strategy for major market reports (Magic Quadrants, Waves).
• Collaborate with product marketing and leadership for winning positioning.

Team Leadership & Process Excellence:

• Scale and optimize the AR function, improving structures and budgets.
• Mentor and performance-manage a high-performing team.
