Senior Accounts Receivable & Revenue Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end revenue operations, including generating quotes, invoicing, and reconciling discrepancies.
• Respond to customer and sales inquiries, take ownership of collections, and push back when needed.
• Support accurate revenue reporting and collaborate with the accounting team to review SQL query outputs.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of accounting experience in U.S.-based companies with a focus on Accounts Receivable and Revenue Operations.
• Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Stripe, and ability to review SQL outputs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and experience with process improvements and automation.
