Function/Duties of Position:\n- Provides oversight of all organ donation operations.\n- Provides plan of care guidance.\n- Uses independent judgment to screen for potential organ donation.\n\nRequired Qualifications:\n- Bachelor's of Science Degree with healthcare related focus or equivalent experience.\n- American Board for Transplant Certification CPTC credential.\n- 2 years organ donation coordinator experience.\n\nAdditional Details:\n- Manages and assists in organ recovery, allocation, preservation, and follow-up of donated organs.\n- Conducts donor management in ICUs.\n- Obtains consent for donation.
