Collections Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Proactively contact customers to follow up on overdue invoices and secure payments.
• Build relationships, resolve billing issues, and manage purchase order documentation.
• Maintain records, navigate invoicing portals, and collaborate with internal teams.

• Accounting or collections experience desirable; remote work familiarity an asset.
