The focus is on personal organization, email management, and light executive tasks. This role requires excellent multitasking, adaptability across industries, and comfort using AI tools to streamline tasks.
Key Responsibilities include managing and organizing multiple email inboxes, calendar management, scheduling, personal assistant duties, light executive assistant tasks, and using AI tools to optimize workflows. Effective communication and adaptability between different business contexts are essential.
Must-have skills include strong bookkeeping experience, proficiency in QuickBooks Online and XERO, a solid understanding of GAAP principles, and experience managing COGS, AP/AR, payroll allocations, and reconciliations. Attention to detail and Excel/Google Sheets proficiency are also required.
