Job Description

Serve as the primary point of contact, consultant, and advocate for several of Pacvue's largest global enterprise clients. This pivotal role will involve working closely with key stakeholders from major brands to manage and grow high-value partnerships, ensuring they achieve success through Pacvue's platform while driving revenue growth. Expected to leverage strong analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and strategic insights to optimize client outcomes, influence decision-making, and elevate the value of Pacvue's partnerships for long-term growth. Responsibilities include client relationship management, strategic planning & consultation, cross-functional collaboration, performance & reporting, and client advocacy & growth. You will be responsible for fostering strong, trust-based relationships, offering expert guidance on eCommerce best practices, uncovering insights for improvement, and partnering with internal teams to advocate for client needs. Expected to regularly track and report on client performance, monitor key performance indicators, and prepare presentations for executive-level audiences.
