Key Accountabilities:
- Manage end-to-end purchasing operations and vendor onboarding within NetSuite.
- Monitor purchase order workflows and resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal teams.
- Support month-end close activities and drive improvements in procurement processes.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of procurement experience in a regulated industry such as biotech or life sciences.
- Strong proficiency in NetSuite, Microsoft Excel, and data analysis.
- Fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English is required.
