Produce detailed invoices for Platform Services customers with supporting documentation.
Pull billing data from multiple systems and consolidate into organized spreadsheets.
Check every billing file for formula accuracy and alignment with contract terms.

Qualifications:

Highly intelligent, detail-obsessed, and comfortable being the final check before money moves.
Confident working with internal and external stakeholders.
Highly proficient in MS Excel with experience in large data sets.

Working Conditions:

This is a remote position requiring a reliable work-from-home setup.
Must work UK hours (8:15–17:15).
Fluency in English and Mandarin to business standard is required.
