Key Responsibilities:
- Orchestrate end-to-end project management for Life Sciences accounts, including translation, QA, DTP, and multimedia.
- Engage with customers to clarify requirements, provide status updates, and confirm delivery within SLAs.
- Coordinate with internal teams, manage budgets, and mitigate risks to meet Production KPIs.
Required Experience:
- 2-5+ years managing large-scale complex production for Life Sciences customers.
- Proven customer-facing and communication skills, with quick resolution of issues.
- Proficiency with AI agents and ability to adopt AI-powered tools in daily workflows.
