Role Overview:
- Drive revenue optimization and pricing strategy across a multi-property portfolio.
- Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximize revenue, occupancy, and overall portfolio performance.
- Manage daily pricing and revenue adjustments using tools like PriceLabs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor key hospitality KPIs including ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, booking pace, and conversion metrics.
- Analyze market trends, seasonality, and competitor pricing to identify revenue opportunities.
- Optimize pricing levers such as minimum stay rules, discounts, and last-minute pricing strategies.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in revenue management within hospitality, hotels, or short-term rentals.
- Hands-on experience with PriceLabs or similar revenue management tools.
- Strong understanding of OTA platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, and VRBO.
