What you will do:

  • Own, monitor, and evaluate key workflows and processes related to sales, account management, and customer success.
  • Manage ad-hoc data analysis to support Garner’s revenue strategy.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce Administrator to optimize tools such as Outreach, Salesforce and HubSpot.

The ideal candidate has:

  • 3+ years in Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Private Equity OR 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations.
  • Strong analytical skills with high proficiency in Excel; other analytics tools like Looker, Tableau are a plus.
  • Experience designing and implementing processes at scale for high-growth startups or large enterprises.

Compensation Transparency:

  • Base salary range $168,000 - $210,000, plus equity and benefits including flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision, 401(k), Teladoc Health.
