Job Description
This is a remote role where you will advise on all aspects of employment law, including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour, accommodations, leaves of absence, and compensation practices. Ensuring company-wide compliance with employment laws and regulations, as well as providing timely updates and recommendations on legislative and regulatory changes affecting the workplace. Managing and advising on employee relations matters, internal investigations, and disciplinary actions in partnership with the People team. Drafting, reviewing, and maintaining employment documents and templates, and collaborating with HR to develop, implement, and update employee policies and training.
