The Senior Manager, Partnerships is a trusted partner and day-to-day point of contact for Eleanor Health’s payor partners and national referral partners. The overall objectives of the role are to drive customer delight with Eleanor, ensure contractual success, communicate performance both internally and externally, and catalyze contract and membership growth. This position reports to the VP of Strategic Partnerships.
You will facilitate the implementation of new customer relationships and continue to nurture those relationships throughout the entirety of the customer lifecycle. You will listen to, learn from, and respond to customer priorities and inquiries; strategize around new opportunities; and collaborate actively with Eleanor teammates to ensure the growth of Eleanor’s customer portfolio and membership overall.
