About the Role:
- We are seeking a people leader to join our Small Commercial Line of Business Management team.
- You will lead a team of four while serving as the senior Property subject matter expert.
- This role blends deep technical expertise with strategic leadership.
What You'll Do:
- Guide the Property line P&L within the Small Commercial portfolio.
- Build new Property products and enhance in-market Property products.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Property-focused analytics.
What You'll Bring:
- A passion for people leadership with an inclusive team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business, or related quantitative field.
- 6+ years of experience in commercial insurance product management with Property expertise.
About Us:
- Pay philosophy with typical starting salary range $142,800 - $177,000.
