Financial Contracts Specialist

The ideal Financial Contracts Specialist will support the review and tracking of customer subscription contracts to ensure alignment with licensing and financial terms. They will coordinate with order fulfillment team to facilitate delivery of license keys and milestone-based deliverables. They’ll also execute onboarding activities for new customers and partners using established checklists and processes, assisting the Sales team in identifying and escalating delivery or compliance risks related to contract terms. They will maintain documentation related to referral fee agreements, support calculation and processing based on standard terms. The specialist will assist in the creation and maintenance of private marketplace offers with oversight from senior team members. This role includes supporting the resolution of contract-related issues in collaboration with the billing team and partnering with the Deal Desk team in preparing standardized order forms and ensuring accuracy of contract inputs. This role will update Salesforce and other systems of record with contract and financial information in a timely and accurate manner and participate in special projects and ad hoc tasks as assigned.
