Job Description

As a Strategic Customer Success Manager, you'll manage complex accounts, driving coordination across business units and projects to ensure a unified and strategic approach. You will lead efforts to ensure customers are fully adopting and realizing maximum value from Vendavo’s solutions, collaborating with internal teams to support customers in achieving their strategic goals. You will develop and implement joint success plans with customers, mapping out milestones, desired outcomes, and KPIs aligned with their long-term business strategy. You'll develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks to renewals, working cross-functionally to align resources. You'll also act as a trusted advisor, sharing industry best practices and insights across customer business units. Serve as the customer’s advocate within Vendavo, influencing product development and driving internal alignment to address customer needs. You will monitor and report on key customer health metrics, proactively identifying risks and opportunities. You'll identify expansion opportunities, aligning additional Vendavo solutions with evolving business needs. Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership to customers.
