- Organize inbox folders/labels, archive clutter, and follow up on outstanding emails.
Calendar Management:
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule meetings across time zones.
- Proactively resolve scheduling conflicts and keep the calendar updated.
- Prepare the founder with agendas or relevant context ahead of meetings.
Event Planning & Research:
- Research relevant industry events, conferences, and meetups for attendance or sponsorship.
- Handle logistics like registrations, travel coordination, and scheduling.
- Create event briefs and summaries with recommendations.
Customer & Market Research:
- Gather background research on existing customers ahead of check-ins or renewals.
- Research potential new customers and compile findings into organized briefs.
- Support light project and issue tracking in Linear to keep tasks organized.
