What You'll Do:
- Maintain Recast's Customer Enablement Program, reviewing strategy and crafting training content.
- Build a library of engaging curriculum and deploy via Gainsight.
- Craft and host live webinars to educate customers.
What You'll Bring:
- 3+ years' experience with ConfigMgr (SCCM) and 2+ years with Microsoft Intune.
- Enthusiasm for helping peers get value from tools and experience crafting technical trainings.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, self-motivated with strong problem-solving.
