Staff Engineer, Site Reliability

What the Role Is:

• As a Staff SRE, you own the infrastructure and reliability practices that support 9 million+ users and the engineers who build for them.
• You'll evolve AWS infrastructure, CI systems, and developer tooling as Babylist grows across e-commerce, registry, health, and media.

Who You Are:

• You have strong software engineering skills and experience building security into production systems.
• You have deep hands-on Terraform expertise and proven AWS experience at scale.
• You are experienced with on-call and incident management, and you naturally reach for AI in your work.

How You Will Make An Impact:

• Infrastructure ownership: manage and evolve AWS environment using Terraform, keeping EKS clusters and databases secure and performant.
• Ship tested tools and services with runbooks and self-service workflows that other engineers can adopt and operate.
• Build secure infrastructure defaults with versioned Terraform modules for least-privilege access and secrets management.
