Job Description
Customer Service Focus:
- Answer all inbound calls with professionalism and customer service skills.
- Assist with appointment scheduling.
- Triage calls to determine the nature of the issue.
Call Handling and Documentation:
- Document and relay messages.
- Handle soft transfers as needed.
- Complete call center forms for data call logs.
Compliance and Support:
- Maintain confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA regulations.
- Provide support to the clinical team and chart maintenance.
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by supervisors.
