Job Description

Customer Service Focus:

  • Answer all inbound calls with professionalism and customer service skills.
  • Assist with appointment scheduling.
  • Triage calls to determine the nature of the issue.

Call Handling and Documentation:

  • Document and relay messages.
  • Handle soft transfers as needed.
  • Complete call center forms for data call logs.

Compliance and Support:

  • Maintain confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA regulations.
  • Provide support to the clinical team and chart maintenance.
  • Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by supervisors.
