About the Role:

• First GTM Engineer building the central system for the entire go-to-market team.
• Hands-on coding in Python and SQL, connecting APIs and building data pipelines.
• Reports to Head of GTM, collaborates with the whole GTM team to solve bottlenecks.

What You'll Do:

• Make CRM the single source of truth with automated data pipelines.
• Build signal-based outbound and inbound scoring systems.
• Design AI agents to automate repetitive sales tasks.
