GTM Engineer - Expansion & Retention

About the Role:

• Protect renewals by building AI agents that monitor renewal health and flag at-risk accounts early.
• Grow revenue from existing customers by designing and running an agentic cross-sell motion.
• Replace manual workflows with AI agents and reusable pipeline modules that Account Management and Sales can own.

What You'll Bring:

• Background in RevOps, GTM operations, or customer success operations with hands-on automation experience.
• Hands-on experience with low-code orchestration (n8n, Make, Zapier) plus Python or TypeScript.
• Strong LLM workflow design and a track record of shipping AI agents to real users.

What the Job Comes With:

• Base salary: $110,000 - $140,000 CAD, plus OTE and LTIP program.
