About the Role:
- We are hiring a GTM Engineer to own our lead and account data pipeline end to end.
- You will keep our email sending infrastructure healthy and build scalable GTM workflows.
- This role mixes data hygiene, GTM engineering, email deliverability, and scraping operations.
Responsibilities:
- Own CRM data hygiene and maintain high-quality contact and account data.
- Build and maintain enrichment workflows in Clay and manage scraping via Bright Data.
- Prepare outbound lists and ensure low bounce rates, while reducing duplicate records.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in RevOps/Sales Ops/GTM Ops with strong hands-on HubSpot CRM.
- Expertise in n8n, Clay, data enrichment tools, and email deliverability protocols.
- Ability to troubleshoot automation workflows and light scripting.
