The Role:
- Own GTM systems across a portfolio of B2B software companies, turning disconnected CRMs into a connected, automated stack.
- Work ops first, outbound second, with a GTM expert guiding architecture and reviews.
- Scope expands to sourcing, talent, and other verticals.
What You'll Do:
- Ingest, clean, dedupe, load, and route data into CRMs; configure fields, pipelines, permissions, suppression.
- Connect CRMs, Slack, notes, and calendars via APIs, webhooks, OAuth, MCPs, cron jobs, and VMs.
- Map processes in Figma and document builds as playbooks.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years in RevOps or GTM engineering with deep Salesforce or HubSpot expertise.
- Daily building with Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, plus Python and SQL to fix its code.
- Strong GitHub hygiene, per-company permissions, and safe automation practices.
