We are looking for a proactive and experienced Employee Success Partner to work hand-in-hand with our Head of People to scale our company. This role is critical in building a thriving employee experience through high-touch support, effective coaching and manager enablement, and thoughtful HR guidance. As a trusted advisor to both employees and managers, you’ll help shape and uphold our values-driven culture, guide performance and talent management strategies, and contribute to organizational health and effectiveness.
You will also serve as a coach and partner to people managers and provide guidance on team development, feedback conversations, and performance outcomes. You will also manage employee relations matters such as grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary action.
