Compliance Specialist - Compliance Issue and Change Management Europe

This role will focus on supporting, coordinating, and driving the remediation of compliance issues identified through global audits, regulatory examinations, or self-identified compliance issues. This also includes incorporating related compliance and process changes through the compliance change management process, and may involve additional change management tasks to ensure proper implementation, documentation, and communication across relevant teams. You will work closely with Compliance Leaders, Audit, Legal, Product, and Business Lines to maintain a comprehensive compliance issue and change management framework. Responsibilities include supporting regulatory exams and external audits, providing a standardized exam and audit framework, understanding regulatory requirements, and driving key compliance initiatives to completion.
