Benefits Manager

The Benefits Manager plays a key role in the design, administration, and continuous improvement of Sun Auto’s benefits programs. This is a working manager role, balancing strategic input with deep hands-on expertise in day-to-day benefits administration, including health and welfare, leave of absence and accommodations, wellness, and 401(k) programs. The ideal candidate combines strong technical knowledge with practical problem-solving skills, ensuring our benefits programs are compliant, competitive, and aligned with Sun Auto’s “employee first” values. This role partners closely with Payroll, Finance, HR, and external vendors and manages a small team of benefits professionals.
