Business Development Representative

Role Responsibilities:

• Own outbound prospecting and pipeline generation for the Department of War (DoW), working with 3-4 Account Executives.
• Collaborate on account plans and targeted campaigns to identify key opportunities and expand customer relationships.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a BDR with a focus on outbound prospecting and meeting KPIs.
• Experience prospecting into DoD or federal accounts and excitement for GitLab's Public Sector mission.
• Ability to learn new tools like Outreach and Zoominfo, with strong communication and listening skills.

Team and Environment:
