Own the reliability, security, and usability of the internal systems.
Manage SaaS applications, identity and access, endpoints, and core collaboration tools.
Partner with Security and Engineering to maintain a secure, compliant, and streamlined employee experience.

What you'll do:

Administer and support core IT systems.
Manage user lifecycle across systems in collaboration with HR and Security teams.
Serve as the primary escalation point for IT requests and incidents.

Who you are:

2+ years of hands-on experience in IT systems administration or a similar corporate IT role.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate closely with Security, Engineering, People, and Finance teams.
