Job Description
We’re looking for a hands-on technical professional to support pre- and post-sales engagements. This individual will act as a trusted technical advisor during the sales cycle and transition into a technical account manager post-sale after the Hypori Delivery team has onboarded the customer. The role ensures successful transitions, adoption, and long-term customer value and retention.
Responsibilities include delivering technical product presentations and demos, leading discovery sessions to understand customer requirements, developing solution designs, and managing technical evaluations. Post-sales responsibilities involve serving as the primary technical point of contact, guiding customers through solution utilization, conducting technical QBRs, and collaborating with Support, Product, and Engineering to resolve issues.
Success in this role involves a smooth transition from pre-sales to post-sales engagement, accelerated customer onboarding, high satisfaction, and strong internal collaboration.
