Responsibilities:
- Assists with enrollment processing, eligibility research, claims issues, and open enrollment setup.
- Updates internal systems with client benefits information and produces monthly utilization reports.
- Assists senior management and account executives with miscellaneous duties and projects.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal, written, and customer service communication skills with exceptional telephone etiquette.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, SharePoint, and call center systems.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills with attention to detail.
Additional Information:
- Requires a resident Department of Insurance Life License within 3 months of start date.
- Must meet continuing education requirements for license renewal.
- Pay range is $48,200 - $86,000 per year, with total compensation including bonus, stock units, and benefits.
