Performance Marketing:

• Launch and scale campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Reddit.
• Optimize campaigns with full control of targeting, bidding, creative testing, attribution, UTMs, and CAC/ROAS tracking.
• Review campaign data and recommend what to double down on.

Creative Strategy:

• Brainstorm and produce engaging content, from social posts to ad copy and landing pages.
• Analyze and optimize full-funnel journeys from click to activation and upsell.
• Create visual assets that enhance our brand and campaigns.

Growth Experiments & Strategic Plays:

• Run scrappy acquisition tests, manage influencer and affiliate programs.
• Build co-marketing loops and drive community-led growth initiatives.
• Manage keyword research and SEO activities and write content that drives discoverability and traffic.
