In this role, you will have a strong phone presence, communicate clearly, and provide genuine empathy. You will also engage in real-time problem solving, think fast, and keep customers reassured. Other expectations include thriving in a high-call environment, being customer-obsessed, and being emotionally intelligent. The role requires comfort using tools like Zendesk and Slack. Training is provided for three weeks, and equipment is shipped to you.
