Financial Support – Bookkeeping & VAT Preparation (UK)

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate day-to-day bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online.
• Post and correctly code supplier invoices, software costs, and operating expenses.
• Reconcile bank accounts and credit cards on a weekly basis.

Amazon Transaction Reconciliation Process:

• Process Amazon settlement statements using Dext.
• Reconcile Amazon payouts, fees, refunds, and charges to QuickBooks.
• Ensure Amazon sales, fees, and VAT treatment are accurately reflected.

VAT Preparation (UK VAT):

• Prepare quarterly UK VAT workings directly from QuickBooks.
• Ensure correct VAT treatment for Amazon UK sales and fees
• Resolve accountant queries promptly and accurately.
